I’ll get the chance to drive one soon, and make a review about it.

How much cupholders?
Does it come with a manual?
Is there a wagon version of it?
Is it available in brown?

Pardon me, do you have a grey poopon?

1. More than one
2. Manual closing bonnet
3. If you insist
4. Many shades.

No, but it might be a good gift for the owner...

How many microwaveable burritos can you fit in the glove compartment?
![]() 09/18/2020 at 16:25 |

I'll try to measure it in a satisfactory manner. What size burrito do you have in mind?

How many of the cubbies will hold a dead body? Asking for a friend.
![]() 09/18/2020 at 16:25 |

Standard size, please.

I suppose that if you dismember the limbs and fit them in the convertible roof compartment, some 2.5 bodies. However, I do not have the resources to verify this.

I'll keep it in mind.

What’s with automakers and blacked out rectangle grills lately?

In all seriousness, are the seat chillers/ventilators any good? The ones in Lexuses are pretty tragic if it’s over 35 C outside.

Is this the new one with a V8? I was listing to The Smoking Tire Podcast with Jason Camisa (from a few months back) and I think they said it was a wonder the one with the V12 didnt just endo over forwards with the engine hanging over the front wheels. If new can you check engine placement?
![]() 09/18/2020 at 16:36 |

I think that the weather won't allow for a perfectly comparable test, but I'll test the seat heaters and coolers. As reference I have my Kia and my old Jeep I suppose.
![]() 09/18/2020 at 16:39 |

It’s the W12 (I do prefer the V8 but whatever) I’ll check the engine placement and place a picture of the bay
The W12 in that sense should be just as short as the v8 Because its two VR6s together and the V8 is two i4 together so length shouldn't differ much.

Frozen or thawed? This may have a major impact on the number that can fit...

No, but thanks for asking.

Testing conditions require a frozen burrito, it may thaw over time to measure the resilience of the latch

How many bottles of wine can it hold? And how many of them can be chilled?
A back seat test would be wonderful since asking about whether it will baby seems too obvious. Sounds like a good time!

From what I know it’s now on a shortened Panamera platform, which has worked wonders in the handling department over last generation. I’ve driven older Continentals, and they feel really tight on the inside. Like small tight for such a big car. Hopefully they changed that in the new generation (which is a few years old now already).
Hopefully yours has the flippy screen/wood/gauges combo in the middle.
Last point: a hard top Continental would be my #1 go to for a daily driver.

I’m not sure if the car has a chiller, but I’ll check!

Frozen of course.

My understanding is that it has the MLBevo platform just like the porsche which isn’t as consequential as it sounds... Since it only defines a limited amount of things about the setup. But its a bit different as opposed to the old Conti which used the same platform as the Phaeton.
I think the V8 coupe is the best one they sell... This is the antithesis of that but...yeah...
Thr Bentayga I got to drive in January also felt crammed, specially in the rear (apparently they moved the rear seats in the facelift) so I’ll keep an eye out for it.

I once sat in some sort of sporty Lexus coupe at an auto show. The back seat was so tight there was quite literally not even an inch between the seat cushion and the back of the front seat. My legs were NOT happy that my friend was reclining the seat. Is the back seat any better? I'd like to know.
![]() 09/18/2020 at 17:21 |

I guess the cramped feeling is a side effect of the literal ton of sound deadening leather they cram into these things. Probably worth the trade off though....
I also heard that the increased rear legroom with the facelifted Bentay ga

I'll check it out
